How to Pick Yourself Up After a Bad Week

We've all had those weeks where everything seems to go wrong. Whether it's a work mishap, personal struggle, or unexpected challenges, a bad week can take its toll on your mental and emotional well-being. But the good news is, it's possible to bounce back and turn things around. Here are some ways to pick yourself up and reclaim your positivity after a tough week.

1. Acknowledge Your Feelings
